Orders placed during promotional periods, peak sale seasons, or local holiday surges may face slightly longer handling windows; we will proactively reach out to customers via registered email if any delay extends beyond the standard processing range.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All applicable shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on package weight, destination region, and selected service level, before final payment is confirmed.

The provided delivery timeline is a reference estimate rather than a guaranteed commitment. Actual arrival may be affected by carrier route congestion, customs inspection procedures, severe weather events, remote-area delivery restrictions, or seasonal holiday backlogs.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your parcel is handed over to the logistics partner, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually takes 24–48 hours to activate and become queryable on the carrier’s official system; delayed updates during this initial window are normal and do not indicate a dispatch issue.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for double-checking that their full shipping address — including street number, building name, unit/floor, postal code, and contact phone number — is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Wai Kit WONG cannot be held liable for parcels that are successfully delivered to an address entered incorrectly or incompletely by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to address errors, an additional reshipment fee will apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel does not arrive within 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Claims submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for resolution.
If the bag or its packaging arrives with visible damage, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and attach clear unedited photos showing both the outer shipping box and the product itself. Our team will review the submitted evidence and process a resolution as promptly as possible.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All bag products are designed for daily casual use. To preserve the appearance and structural integrity of your item, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain, direct sunlight, or rough abrasive surfaces, and wiping the exterior gently with a dry soft cloth when needed.
Wai Kit WONG is not responsible for damage caused by overloading the bag beyond its intended capacity, improper cleaning methods, accidental cuts, unauthorized modifications, or general wear from long-term daily use.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are determined independently by the destination customs office and are not included in the product price or the shipping fee paid at checkout.
Customers are fully responsible for covering any such additional fees to release their parcel from customs. We have no control over customs processing times or duty calculations, and we are unable to mark packages as “gifts” or alter declared values to reduce or avoid import charges.
